The global food and drink industry is forever evolving with changing consumer demands. In light of this, we are bringing together seven phenomenal speakers who are experts in their field. We aim to unravel global trends, looking at how we can continue to inspire audiences everywhere with innovative ideas.

This is an opportunity to ask questions, engage in discussion and find out how like-minded individuals are coping with challenging trends across the globe.

David Jago, Director of Innovation at Mintel International Group will open, sharing a unique global perspective and commenting on the latest product launch trends.

Michal Neeman, Business Development and Innovation Expert at Lumeega will then share her insights as an innovation specialist based in Israel, exploring examples of business transformation in the food sector.

We will also hear from Co-Founder of Snact, Michael Minch-Dixon. Snact have an incredible brand with a concept the industry could learn from. Snact have been making deliciously sustainable snacks to tackle food waste since 2013. With sustainability becoming increasingly vital, food and drink organisations need to factor this into their business model.

Trefor Griffith, Partner at Grant Thornton, will look at the attitude of UK food and drink businesses towards innovation, comparing them to Continental European attitudes. He will explore how appealing innovative UK companies are as acquisition targets, then delve into the topic of Brexit, understanding the impact it is having and what the future holds.
