Award winning brand Nush, which produces the UK’s first dairy-free, soya-free, nut milk yoghurt, has entered the UK cheese category with the launch of a line of vegan Spreadable Cheese.
The UK’s first dairy-free cheese made from almond milk, Nush Spreadable Cheese is available in two SKUs, Natural and Chive, with an RRP of £2.75 per 150g tub.
This new range will allow the brand to enter the £2.8 billion cheese category. Soft white cheese is the fourth most popular cheese on the market and is worth £228.5 million1 in sales alone.
The cheese is made from the finest almond milk and contains 30% pure almonds. It is designed to be enjoyed as a direct replacement for dairy and can be used in a multitude of ways, whether it’s spread on an oatcake or used for creating dishes in the kitchen.
Each tub is all-natural, comprised of whole ingredients and free from gluten, soya, preservatives and additives. The cheese is created by blending the best quality Sicilian almonds with filtered water and vegan probiotic cultures and is then seasoned with British sea salt.

Each 150g pot contains 60 Sicilian almonds and is produced using artisan methods on premises in South England. Protein-rich, Nush Spreadable Cheese is satiating and is fortified with live probiotic cultures, which are aged with the almond milk during the production process, supporting gut health.
Designed to have in the fridge as a culinary staple to be enjoyed throughout the week for a number of eating occasions, Nush Spreadable Cheese is a tasty lunchtime sandwich filler and is also ideal to serve with a jacket potato, or spread on a bagel with sliced banana or fresh berries for breakfast.
