In a significant step for the brand, Pip & Nut will triple its national supermarket stockists this September with the launch into Tesco and Asda.
Tesco took all three of its squeeze packs variants ; peanut, almond and coconut almond butter; into an expected 500 stores from mid September, whilst Asda launched three jars Peanut Butter, Crunchy Maple Peanut Butter and Almond Butter in up to 168 stores on 18th September.
Already the fastest growing nut butter brand in the UK, Pip & Nut focuses on delivering flavour, whilst offering innovative and nutritionally uncompromising products.
Its eight nut butters are all 100% natural, with absolutely no refined sugars, additives or palm oil. Whilst its squeeze packs, available in the three best-selling variants, are a perfectly portioned snack, providing a great on-the-go nutrient and protein-rich energy source.
Pippa Murray, Founder, Pip & Nut, says, “Following a strong start to the year, the launch into Tesco and Asda will further accelerate our ascent in the nut butter category, helping us in our mission to become one of the nation’s favourite healthy food brands. We look forward to more consumers being able to enjoy our innovative range of all-natural nut butters over the coming months.”
The brand, which is backed by lead investor Giles Brook, the CEO of Vita Coco EMEA, is on track to grow 100% year on year in 2017, cementing its place as the fastest growing nut butter brand in the UK.
