30th July 2017 sees Winner of Best Convenience Food Innovation Award 2016, ChicP, launch brand new packaging in UK stores.
Since January 2015, ChicP has made its mark on London’s top independent retailers and with 19 stockists across London – including Wholefoods, Selfridges and Fortnum & Mason – is set to expand ever further with brand new, eco-friendly packaging.
ChicP hummus is unique; made wholly from wonky vegetables, it is driven by a passion to change people’s attitudes to food preparation, consumption and waste. ChicP offers healthy, sustainable, guilt-free and colourful varieties of hummus.
The new packaging consists of recyclable cardboard sleeves which will help ChicP stand out on the shelves and further illustrate the brand’s core philosophy.
The new ChicP packaging will also offer fantastic recipe suggestions, tried, tested and made perfect by its founder, Hannah McCollum. Of her new packaging, Hannah says;
“40% of British crops are rejected because of their shape and size and approximately 1/3 of the food produced in the UK is never eaten! We would like to encourage people to think differently about the way they eat and we hope that our new beautifully crafted and colourful packaging reflects this and spreads awareness of our brand.”
