Pots & Co., manufacturers of exceptional puddings in ceramic pots, is launching a new product made with exclusively dairy-free ingredients to extend its popular ‘White Range’ of desserts. Raspberry Posset launched in spring 2017 and joins Mango, Lime & Coconut Pot in the White Range.

Launched in time for the summer season, Raspberry Posset is a fresh and fruity raspberry pudding, which gets its luxurious creaminess from coconut milk.

The free-from market sector is booming amongst consumers who are more discerning than ever about the provenance of ingredients – it is forecast to reach £673 million by 2020.

All of Pots & Co.’s puddings are made with the highest-quality ingredients, with no additives or preservatives and suitable for vegetarians. Pots & Co.’s White Range specifically appeals to the ever-increasing number of free-from consumers with its use of non-dairy ingredients.
