Heavenly Tasty Organics is delighted to announce that not only has the brands entire range of health conscious snacks for babies and toddlers been awarded a prestigious ‘Sugarwise’ certification, but it is the first brand in the category to have been recognised with this status.
The brand, which recently secured a listing with Sainsbury’s worth £300k in year one, has created a delicious collection of 100% natural and organic snacks including Crispy Veggie Waffles, Yummy Wafer Wisps, Happy Halo Bites, Mini Italian Breadsticks and Coconut Squishes.
Sugarwise is an organisation fast becoming the equivalent to the Fairtrade mark for lower sugar food and drink. Following in-depth analysis by Cambridge University and Caltech scientists, the complete Heavenly range was found to meet Sugarwise’s strict standards regarding quality and free sugar content. Each product in the range will bear the Sugarwise logo ensuring consumers can easily identify the brand as a reputable, lower sugar option on shelf.
This is a truly significant achievement for the brand that was created by mother of four, Shauna Blair, in 2011. Speaking about the news Shauna said:
