Schär gluten free launches four new products for 2017

Schär, the UK’s fastest growing gluten free brand¹, is launching a selection of new bread and biscuit products into stores this Spring. The new products include a gluten free Deli Style Sourdough Bread, Hamburger Buns, Choc Chip Buns and Viennese Biscuits.

The latest launches from Schär address the growing consumer appetite for baked goods with bread currently the number one sector in gluten free² and Schär bread the most often bought in the category³.

Inspired and developed by Schär’s master bakers, the new products are made using traditional recipes and only the best quality ingredients.

Dedicated to providing quality and choice for those with special dietary needs for over 90 years, Schär ensures gluten free shoppers have no need to compromise on taste.

In addition, the popular Schär Wholesome Vitality Loaf, is now available in Asda, Morrisons, and continues to be available from Tesco stores, extending product availability for customers nationwide. A nutritious and truly flavoursome loaf made with quinoa, chestnut and sorghum plus sunflower and linseeds, this gluten free bread is also high in fibre, low in saturated fat and suitable for vegans. In addition, it is also wheat, lactose and preservative free.
