LighterLife Fast® – the ultra-convenient and healthy nutritional 5:2 food and drink range that monopolised Superdrug’s health and wellbeing section when it came to market in 2013 – has launched a healthy new snacking range that can be eaten by those looking for a virtuous treat or even on a low calorie diet.

The Light Bites range, stocked exclusively in the healthcare section at Superdrug, is suitable for vegetarians and includes gluten-free popped chips and fruit chips, alongside bars enriched with super foods like chia Seeds, goji berries and cacao.  The inclusion of 100% freeze dried, nothing added fruit and yoghurt chips in the range makes LighterLife Fast one of the first brands to bring this innovation to the healthy snacking market.

Containing products that are high in protein, a great source of fibre and gluten free – everything in this delicious new snacking range is less than 100 calories. The new Light Bites range taps into the superfoods trend and is marketed towards the health-conscious consumer.
