Young’s Seafood is launching a new range of flavour combinations as part of The Funky Fish Kitchen frozen range, available exclusively at Asda.
Chef-inspired dishes and recipes with a twist make up the eight frozen products which have just landed in stores.
First up, the new range of ready-to-eat meals with sauces are designed to liven up dinner times.
For a play on classic Italian dishes, there’s Fish Risotto in a creamy white wine & garlic sauce finished with sweet red pepper & chilli butter, or the Macaroni Cheese topped with a crunchy chorizo crumb.
For those who like their fish with a bit of spice there is the Malaysian Fish Curry with basmati rice or the Fish Pie with south Indian sauce and roast potato topping.
The Funky Fish Kitchen continues its tour around the world with the Moroccan inspired Spicy Fish Tagine with peppers, courgettes and giant couscous in harissa sauce, packed full of vegetables and flavour.
There is also the new Smoked Alaska Pollock fishcakes with a chilli, tomato and mozzarella sauce centre; and Atlantic Salmon Fillets with peppers and a BBQ sauce; Atlantic Salmon Fillets with a pesto crumb.
The fish can be oven baked from frozen and is available at Asda stores across the UK from today.
