Magnum launches new ‘Premium Chocolate’ collection

Unilever UK has once again teamed up with Kinnerton – Britain’s largest independent manufacturer of chocolate and novelty confectionery – to introduce a new and range of Magnum Chocolate, available to retailers from September 2015.

Each new product is made from quality ingredients including Rain Forest Alliance (RFA) certified cocoa and features the taste of Magnum chocolate.

The new collection of chocolates offers decadent treats as well as packaged gifts with four new product lines.
Magnum Signature Block Chocolate Bars come in a 90g sharing format and are available in three flavours; white chocolate with Madagascan vanilla pods, single origin dark Magnum chocolate with cocoa nibs, and classic Magnum milk chocolate.

Tapping into the growth of the boxed chocolate sector, worth £470m and growing 2.3% YOY, The Magnum Chocolate Collection lineup includes a 180g token and 280g large gift offering.

The luxury collection is made up of milk, dark and white chocolates, combined with premium ingredients and flavours including salted caramel, raspberry, double chocolate, almond, and praline.

Magnum Chocolate Thins deliver the Magnum crack as well as the signature ‘M’ stamp and are available in three flavours – Classic, Expresso and Mint.

And finally, the 31g Magnum Chocolate Almond Bar is designed to appeal to the impulse consumer seeking an everyday, indulgent treat with a bar made of almond truffle, roasted almond pieces and a double layer of thick Mangum white chocolate and classic milk chocolate.

The full range will be available in premium packaging to reflect the superior quality of each product.
