International Brands (IBL) launch a new range of nine varietal wines this month under the Broadleaf banner.
The range launches with wines from Australia, Chile and California and includes the grape varieties for which each of these regions is most famous.
Retail Sales Director Paul Hinks said: “For consumers choosing the right wine can feel challenging when it should be an adventure.
“We know that grape variety and region of origin are increasingly important buying ques for consumers.
“The Broadleaf range is about delivering quality wines in each instance, wrapped in standout, contemporary packaging, at an accessible, attractive price relative to market leading brands.
“We want to enable consumers to explore and discover grapes and regions with confidence.”
The Broadleaf range launches with listings already agreed with Palmer & Harvey and SPAR in Southern Ireland and has an off promotion RRP of £6.49.
The California range includes White Zinfandel, Merlot, Chardonnay.
Chile launches with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and the Australian range includes Shiraz, Semillon Chardonnay and Chardonnay varietals.
ABV range between 11-13.5%, packaged in cases of 6 x 75cl
