The UK’s first raw fruit and vegetable drink brand Vegesentials delivers home-made quality and nutrition to supermarket shelves for the first time.

The drinks have been launched to fill the hole in a market where consumers were increasingly seeking healthier, more convenient options to fit into fast paced lifestyles.

Vegesentials logo “The Fresh Generation” has been created to signify the dawn of a new consumer; a more health conscious shopper.

Each flavour range contains at least 50% vegetables in every serving in combination with different fruit combinations and all Vegesentials drinks are 100% pure, fresh and raw.

Vegesentials drinks are designed to cater for all kinds of health needs, lifestyles, ages and palates, ranging from “fruity”, to “earthy” and “savoury”.

Each ingredient, selected from the different colour families, has been chosen for the unique benefit it contributes to balancing taste with health benefits.

These health benefits include lowering the risk heart disease, cancer, obesity and diabetes.

Vegesentials is the first pre-dominantly vegetable drink to use non thermal high pressure pasteurization (HPP) ensuring all nutrients and vitamins are retained.

The range contains up to 35% less natural sugar than traditional fruit juices; the calorie count ranges between 85-120 calories per 250ml bottle in comparison to average fruit only drinks which have between 110-178 calories.

The addition of at least 50% vegetable to each bottle means that there is also a reduced acid pH of 4.4 (fruit only drinks have a pH of 3.5 or less) which is important for dental and overall health.

There is no use of pre-packed purees, heat treatment, added sugar, water, extracts, additives, powders or concentrates.

Vegesentials have also committed to donating a proportion of their annual proceeds to Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation.
