TYRRELLS EXPANDS ITS PROPER POPCORN RANGE
Tyrrells crisps, the makers of ‘Proper Popcorn’, have unveiled two new popcorn flavours; Sticky Toffee Pudding and Mature Cheddar Cheese.
The two new varieties enable Tyrrells to further expand their offering into the adult sharing, ready-to-eat popcorn category.
The two new variants coincide with a design refresh across all five variants.
The new packs feature the signature Tyrrells English, eccentric style and celebrate the farm-popped provenance of the ‘Proper Popcorn’ range.

“Our new variants address the growing trend for both sweet and savoury premium popcorn varieties.
“We’ve refreshed the look of our popcorn packs in line with our crisp packaging, plus added a motivating ‘Less than 100 calories per serving’ flash to the front of pack.
“This entertaining new delivery, hand in hand with the farm-popped provenance, gives our consumers an altogether better quality, more premium snacking experience.”
Both new variants will be launching in Waitrose on October 14th 2012 with an RRP of £1.69 for sharing bags.
The wider Tyrrells Proper Popcorn range is available from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, The Co-operative and quality independent stores nationwide.
The five strong Tyrrells Proper Popcorn range now consists of Mature Cheddar Cheese, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Sea Salted, Sour Cream & Jalapeño Chilli and Sweet & Salty.
