Spirit brand Sourz will be boosting its product portfolio with the launch of a new Limited Edition flavour, Sourz Spirited Mango which is available exclusively in Asda stores now.
In a first for the brand, Sourz turned to its 475,000 facebook community to decide the new flavour, presenting three rival flavours to choose from – Sourz Spirited Orange, Sourz Spirited Melon and Sourz Spirited Mango.
Sourz Spirited Mango trumped the other two flavours in the poll with 54% of the vote and the facebook community voted in support of its flavour.
Fans were also able to choose from a set of creative, bespoke bottle designs synonymous with the Sourz brand.
Receiving a total of 1,588 votes, the winning design presents a yellow and orange bottle that demonstrates Mango flavour.
Engaging with the young adult community online is increasingly important for brands and Sourz wants to involve them with product development.
This year Sourz held the first ever Sourz Fusionz MTV Festival Reporter Competition online, inviting fans to visit sourz.co.uk, upload a photo of themselves and share their best festival stories.
The winner, Yasmine Ben-Afia from Essex– and three of her friends – received a pass to three music festivals and filmed reports that were broadcast on MTV.
