Bespoke Foods expanding its Thai Taste range in Waitrose stores nationwide.
Following strong sales of the current Thai Taste offering, the supermarket has announced the introduction of three further lines into over 200 stores; Easy Thai Fishcakes Kit (247 stores), Tamarind Paste (254 stores) and a new tinned format of Coconut Milk (249 stores).
As sales of ethnic food products continue to rise, Thai Taste is experiencing rapid growth and is consistently launching new products to meet consumer demand.
The range produces simple and convenient products that aim to make cooking Thai food at home more accessible to the consumer.
The Easy Thai Fishcakes Kit is a brand new product launching into Waitrose, with a recommended retail price of £2.29 and follows sales of similar Thai Taste products in store including the Easy Thai Red Curry Kit, Easy Thai Green Curry Kit and Easy Pad Thai Meal Kit.
These simple to follow meal kits are particularly popular in today’s busy climate where consumers demand high quality coupled with convenience.
The new kit hopes to make it easier than before to create genuine Thai fishcakes.
Containing red curry paste, kaffir lime leaves and sweet chilli dipping sauce, consumers add their fish of choice for a Thai dish.
