PERK!ER is a brand new gluten free food company founded in April 2012 by Ann Perkins and Steven Turner.
PERK!ER’s mission is to make gluten free food so that everyone will enjoy it.
Talking to lots of gluten avoiders PERK!ER found out what they find hardest, and came up with lots of ideas to solve these problems.
Ann PERK!ER co-founder said:

Steve added: “The launch in Whole Foods Market is an absolutely brilliant opportunity.
“Initially launching a wide range of breads and sweet treats we will be extending the range to special edition products for Halloween and Christmas.
“We are both very excited, the consumer and trade response we have had to our brand and products has been absolutely fantastic.
The bread range: Is available in two products a Seeded Multigrain loaf & a Crusty White loaf.
Bread is available in Whole Foods Market, High St Kensington.
The treats range: Includes Brownie with white choc chunks, Popping Tiffin, Rocky Road, Brownie Cake Pops
Treats are now available in all six Whole Foods Market stores High St Kensington, Piccadilly, Clapham Junction, Stoke Newington, Camden & Glasgow.
