CARTE D’OR LAUNCHES NEW LUXURY DESSERT RANGE

Carte D’Or, the dessert brand from Unilever UK, is stepping into the Luxury market with the launch of Carte D’Or Signature .

Signature is a range of ice creams inspired by French desserts.

The indulgent range comes in three flavours; Crème Brûlée, Tarte aux Pommes and  Fondant au Chocolat.

Crème Brûlée is a flavoured ice cream swirled with caramel sauce and finished with caramelised sugar pieces.

Tarte aux Pommes is a vanilla ice cream swirled with apple sauce and real apple pieces and topped with crumbled pastry.

Fondant au Chocolat is a chocolate ice cream with a vanilla sauce, brownie pieces and sprinkled with chocolate curls.

Available for retailers to purchase from mid September, the Carte D’Or Signature range will be packaged in a black matt tub with gold font to highlight each product’s luxury positioning.

The launch will be supported with in-store marketing investment and POS.

The RRP of Carte D’Or Signature is £3.69 for each 450ml tub and they are available in cases of eight.
