WRIGLEY LAUNCHES NEW BLACKCURRANT AIRWAVES

Wrigley is celebrating the launch of new Blackcurrant Airwaves.

To draw attention to the launch Wrigley is offering retailers the chance to ‘pocket some pounds!’

Between 27 August and 27 September, independent retailers across the UK will be given the chance to win £100 in cash, by photographing themselves with their new Airwaves ‘pocket some pow’ POS and emailing it to airwavesuk@bcl.co.uk.

Whether it’s using the posters, wobblers, door hangers or counter mats provided by their local rep, each day the retailer with the best display will win the cash prize.

Tia Shortall, Airwaves brand manager says:

“The competition is open for one month – so there’s not long to get creative. Keep your display fully stocked and place in a POWerful location to be in with a chance of winning.”

The new Blackcurrant variant, designed to make Airwaves more accessible to younger consumers, is part of a major £multi-million campaign to re-position the gum brand as an all year round portable ‘pocket pick-me-up’.
