NEW SEASONAL FLAVOUR FROM BEN AND JERRY’S
Ben & Jerry’s is adding an exclusive winter flavour to its Classics range ahead of the winter season; Winter Berry Brownie.
This new flavour will hit the shelves in September aiming to bring seasonal excitement to Ben & Jerry’s fans.
Ben & Jerry’s is launching the specifically targeted winter flavour following consumer research into what shoppers are looking for from their ice cream offering over the colder months.
The research revealed that consumers look for ice cream flavours with a winter twist, and when tested amongst other potential flavours, Winter Berry Brownie was a clear winner for having a strong seasonal feel.
Winter Berry Brownie comprises of Fair Trade vanilla ice cream with chocolate brownie pieces and raspberry-blackberry swirls.
The packaging format is the same as the standard 500ml products, but with a hint of wintery style including snowflakes on the lid to highlight the seasonal offering and create differentiation from the rest of the range on shelf.
Ben and Jerry’s Winter Berry Brownie has an RRP of £4.49. Each case comes with eight 500ml tubs.
