BOTTLEGREEN UNVEILS PINK BREASTCANCER BOTTLES

September 28th, 2012

Adult soft drinks manufacturer, Bottlegreen Drinks Company, has announced it will undergo a transformation to pink, to support Breakthrough Breast Cancer and raise awareness of its pomegranate & elderflower cordial.

This is the third year that the bottlegreen has worked with Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

The charity drive raised money in 2010 and 2011 from sales of the limited edition pink bottles with 10% from the sale of each bottle going directly to the charity.

Bottlegreen is re-branding its bottle to pink to support and drive consumer awareness adorned with the distinctive pink ribbon – synonymous worldwide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Designed to appeal to the target female audience, the stunning, pink bottle demonstrates the sophistication consumers traditionally associate with the brand.

Fundraising Executive at Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Siofra Petty, said:

“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with bottlegreen again and hope to emulate the success of the past two years.

“More than 48,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the UK and the money donated from every sale of bottlepink will support our life-saving work into better prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.”

Simon Speers, Managing Director of Bottlegreen Drinks Co said:

“Breakthrough Breast Cancer is a charity close to our hearts and we’re delighted to be able to support them for a third year.

“We’re hoping that our new-look, iconic bottle will drive theatre on shelf and improve consumer awareness around Breakthrough’s fantastic work, as well as appealing to consumers with a new and exciting offering from a trusted brand. ”

bottlepink pomegranate & elderflower cordial is available from all major supermarkets priced from £3.15.
