Fox’s Biscuits is expanding its Party brand for the very first time into the realms of chocolate with the launch of Fox’s Party Choc Rings.
Retaining the ring design of its elder sibling, Fox’s Party Choc Rings have a different taste and texture compromising a chocolate biscuit base topped with chocolate flavoured icing and white decoration.
Fox’s Biscuits Party Choc Rings joins Fox’s Party Rings in the kids segment of the sweet biscuits sector – which is currently valued at £108m.
The new range will be available in both standard (125g) and ‘mini’ formats (6 x 25g) and will hit the shelves from August.
Commenting on the launch, Rachel Moffatt, Brands Sector Director said:
“Our Party brand has always been about delivering fun and being the best biscuit for kids bar none.
“With the new Party Choc Rings we feel we’re strengthening that proposition by delivering a Party experience unlike anything that has come before and appealing to an older age group through the addition of chocolate.
“The new addition to the range is perfect for mums on the lookout for a biscuit experience that will make their family happy.
“Our ambition is to grow our presence in the kids sector and with Choc Rings now joining the Party stable, we believe we’re well placed to achieve that.”
Fox’s Biscuits Party Choc Rings will launch in Asda from August before rolling out to other major supermarkets and independent retailers.
The new range will retails for MMRP £1.09 (Standard) and £1.39 (Minis) respectively.
