Yeo Valley, the British family-run dairy company, is introducing a new limited edition yogurt recipe to its existing range of big pot ‘yeogurts’ – Damson & Plum.
Available in stores nationwide 23rd July, Yeo Valley’s Damson & Plum yeogurt will be replacing the existing limited edition flavour: Blackcurrant and Elderflower.
This new fruity big pot will also feature an on-pack offer giving consumers the chance to instantly win one of 500 English fruit trees, with varieties including Conference Pears, Victoria Plums, Discovery Apples and Damsons.
The new Damson & Plum yogurt combines the flavours of two English fruits – tart Damson and sweet Plum.
The yogurt is packed with real fruit pieces, combined with the taste of Yeo Valley’s 100% ‘yeoganic’ yogurt and a hint of brown sugar.
Ben Cull, Head of Brand Marketing at Yeo Valley, said:
“We always strive to create the best-tasting organic products, and our Limited Edition yogurts give us a chance to be brave and bring new, exciting flavours to the market.
“Plums are a traditional British favourite but the combination with Damsons is a British flavour that has not been done before.
“This new recipe will also be supported by a great on-pack campaign where you can win a British fruit tree for your garden.
“We’re proud to be supporting British growers to bring this special fruit and delicious new flavour to families across the country.”
The 450g big pot features purple fruit hues and gold-leaf designs.
The new Damson & Plum yogurt will be available from all major retailers at MRRSP £1.50 from 23rd July.
