Mars is launching two new Galaxy Mocha lattes.

Hoping to benefit from the growing consumer interest in the RTD coffee category, the new products are rolling out into Tesco stores.

Galaxy Cafe Double Shot Mocha Latte and Galaxy Cafe Skinny Mocha Latte are launching with an rrp of £1.49 for 230ml or an introductory offer of two for £2.

The Lattes are made with UHT milk, Galaxy chocolate and coffee extract.

With an ambient shelf life of seven months, Mars recommends the drinks are consumed chilled.

Sales of coffee flavoured drinks have risen by 40% over the past 12 months to close to £12 million.

“The appeal to iced coffee, chocolate milk and Galaxy fans.”
