This month, Malibu – the coconut flavoured rum – is launching the latest summer expression of its bottle, following the success of its first Summer Limited Edition in 2011, which delivered an uplift in sales for the brand.
Continuing to show support for up-and-coming British designers, the bold and bright techno-colour inspired bottle has been created in collaboration with acclaimed illustrator Sophie Harris-Greenslade.
The contemporary design, inspired by the vibrancy of summer and the colours of the iconic Malibu logo, features a fresh pattern reflecting the carnival spirit of Malibu’s Caribbean roots.
The Malibu Limited Edition Summer ’12 bottle will be available through UK multiple grocers at an RRP of £14.75 and will be on display at the brand’s ‘Malibutique’ events in Cardiff (28th June – 1st July), Liverpool (5th – 8th July) and Birmingham (12th – 15th July).
