Pumpkin risotto is extremely popular in northern Italy during the colder months.

And now, with the new Riso Gallo ‘Pronto Zucca’, this Italian dish is on shelf for UK consumers.

The traditional dish is ready in 12 minutes.

Recently launched Riso Gallo ‘Pronto Zucca’ aims to provide a hassle-free meal for two.

Each pack is made with ingredients such as diced pumpkin, herbs and spices – designed for those pressed for time or lacking the confidence to cook from scratch.

Consumers need to add water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 12 minutes.

Riso Gallo ‘Risotto Pronto’ has less than 2% fat, no artificial colourings, MSG or hydrogenated fat.
