Maxxium has announced a UK first with the launch of a natural yoghurt liqueur designed to offer an alternative to cream liqueurs.
The 15% abv Bols Natural Yoghurt Liqueur is made with 100% fresh white yoghurt.
The new sweet-sour liqueur can be served chilled or as an ingredient in other drinks and cocktails.
Maxxium said the launch would meet the increasing demand from both the trade and consumers for products made from natural ingredients, following last year’s launch of Bols Foam.
Available in the on and off trade, it is priced at £10.95 for a 500ml bottle and has already debuted in China, Russia, Ireland and Bulgaria.
