AMY’S KITCHEN LIGHT AND LEAN HITS THE SHELVES
Amy’s Kitchen is expanding its offering and entering the market of calorie controlled meals with the launch of its new Light and Lean range.
The portioned control meals are aimed at consumers looking a convenient meal which can also be part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Launching with two Light and Lean meal choices; Spaghetti Italiano Bowl and Black Bean and Cheese Enchilada, for both vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
Each Light and Lean, gluten free dish is 100% natural with no chemicals and less than 240 calories, the equivalent of only six Weight Watchers Points.

Light and Lean Spaghetti Italiano Bowl: full of vegetables, this dish contains one of the recommended five-a-day.
Made with lentils, quinoa and tofu meatballs dressed in an organic vegetable and roasted garlic sauce.
The meat-free meatballs sit on a bed of semolina spaghetti accompanied with a side of broccoli florets.
Light and Lean Black Bean and Cheese Enchilada: An organic corn tortilla filled with black beans, tofu, brown rice, vegetables and cheese with a blend of tomatillo and ranchero sauces.
Served with a side of organic brown rice, carrots and sweet corn.
Both Light and Lean dishes will be available from Tesco stores nationwide from May, (RRP £2.99).
