BELVOIR FRUIT FARMS UNVEILS NEW CORDIALS
Belvoir Fruit Farms, the Lincolnshire based producer of cordials, is tapping into the expected street party season around the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics with a raft of new cordials and pressés.
A new marketing campaign featuring a diamond pendant promotion, celebratory recipes from top TV chef Valentine Warner and a website competition to find an historic street party photo to feature on pack will support the launch.
The five new products, which are launching this Spring, are traditional British flavours with a 21st century twist.
Like the rest of the Belvoir range, the newest additions are all handmade using only natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives.

The newest additions are all handmade
Belvoir English Apple Pressé (75cl & 25cl) is a blend of real pressed apple juice (not concentrate) from Cox and Discovery apples grown in the orchards of Herefordshire mixed with lightly sparkling Belvoir spring water results.
Belvoir Lemonade (with a hint of orange blossom) (75cl & 25cl) is handmade on the Farm with freshly-squeezed lemons and bubbling carbonated Belvoir spring water, with an added hint of orange blossom.
Belvoir Gingerbeer (75cl & 25cl) uses fresh root ginger which is cooked to release its taste.
This is then blended with lemon juice and bubbling Belvoir spring water.
Belvoir Organic Lemon Cordial (75cl & 50cl) is made with pressed organic lemon juice, organic sugar and water.
Belvoir Raspberry & Lemon Cordial (75cl & 50cl) made from real pressed raspberries with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Celebrity chef Valentine Warner is developing a menu of Great British Street Party dishes in a bid to show how Belvoir products are more than just drinks but can be used as cooking ingredients as well.
MD Pev Manners said: “2012 is an exciting year for the country despite all the economic doom and gloom.
“We are hoping to create interest around our brand by linking with the two big events taking place in the summer through promotional activity that will drive purchase and involve our consumers and by keeping the range fresh with some delicious, new additions.
“We are very excited by the five new products – we’re confident that while being quite traditional, classic flavours they offer the consumer a modern twist that makes them truly delicious and will prove to be right up their street.
“We hope they will help the business deliver the same strong results we saw last year, which were driven largely by our signature Elderflower cordial where sales were up by 20%.”
The complete Belvoir Fruit Farms range comprises 12 cordial varieties, 10 pressés and five Fruit Crush drinks including organic and non organic.
All are available from leading supermarkets, delicatessens, food halls, farm shops or via the website www.belvoirfruitfarms.co.uk.
Prices start from £3.09 on cordials and £2.29 on 75cl pressés.
