NEW ‘AMERICAN STYLE’ COOKIES FROM DAWN FOODS
Sweet bakery supplier Dawn Foods is launching new American style cookies in the UK.
The new cookies contain the highest level of inclusions and Belgian chocolate on the market.
These ‘luxury’ cookies are available as either ready baked cookies (76g) or as frozen cookie pucks (80g) for operators to bake through in just 14-15 minutes.
The new cookies are made using natural flavours and ingredients in a nut free environment – for special consumer dietary requirements.
Flavours for the range include Triple Belgian Chocolate Chunk, Belgian Chocolate Chunk, Belgian White Chocolate Chunk, Cranberry and Belgian White Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal and Raisin.
The large Belgian chocolate chunks and fruit pieces are evenly spread, making them visible from both the cookie surface and within every bite.
