HOLLAND’S PIES ADDS NEW SEVEN INCH SAUSAGE ROLL TO ITS RANGE
Holland’s Pies, the North West’s producer of pies, puddings and pastries, is adding a new seven inch sausage roll to its chilled range.
Available in a new larger 147g size, the sausage roll features a new and improved recipe with higher pork content, seasoned with spices and baked in French puff pastry.
Aiming to provide convenience and speed for consumers, the product is targeted at those in search of a quick, hassle-free snack.
David Girdler, spokesperson for Holland’s Pies, said:
“After undertaking a significant amount of research, we identified a number of areas in which our successful sausage roll could be enhanced, with the resulting product offering consumers significantly better value for money and an even better taste.
“The product is aimed customers who want a convenient tasty snack which can be eaten cold or hot, microwaving in less than 60 seconds.”
Available mid October, the sausage roll will be rolling out into convenience stores across the North West and major distributors. RSP £1.19.
