After years baking for her additives-intolerant children, Gillian Boateng, owner of G Desserts, saw an opportunity to share her passion for baking and to produce  cupcakes.

Made of fresh ingredients from the UK, she also wanted to eliminate issues with regular cupcakes such as drying out.
