Adesso Foods have created a range of Marinades, Dips and Drizzles using only natural ingredients.
They are additive-free, gluten-free, and suitable for vegetarians.
The products combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil with herbs, spices, honey and citrus juices, to create flavours designed to maintain the moisture of food, penetrating it with subtlety enhancing natural flavours.
The range, designed to be versatile, has a wide variety of uses including:-
- Marinades for fish, meats and vegetables
- Dressings and drizzles on salads and foods
- A dip for crudités, meats (such a chicken wings), breadsticks and bread

Poppy Seed Vinaigrette - Containing cider vinegar, poppy seeds and mustard.
Orange & Honey Marinade - One third honey blended with rosemary, thyme and orange zest.
Portuguese Hot Marinade - A Portuguese inspired blend of chillies, oregano and muscavado sugar.
Lemon and Herb Marinade - A traditional blend of mint, basil, oregano and lemon.
Chermoulla Moroccan Marinade - A North African inspired aromatic blend of cumin, coriander, parsley, cayenne pepper and
Raspberry Vinaigrette - Extra Virgin olive oil combined with raspberry vinegar, mustard and oregano.
Classic Sicilian - A natural salad dressing created from Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, aged balsamic vinegar together with oregano and seasoning.
Dill Vinaigrette - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red grape vinegar, dill, onion, garlic & mustard.
