ORGANICO RELEASES NEW RANGE OF SAUCES

December 20th, 2010

Six new organic cooking sauces are being launched by Organico to be used to marinade meat and vegetables or stirred into pasta, rice or couscous or served as an accompaniment to give a flavour boost.

Organico Easy Cook marinades and stir in sauces come in four new flavours including Kickin Garlic, Chopped Olive Mix, Mediterranean Lemon and Tomato and Black Olive.

Organico MD Charles Redfern said: “Our easy-cook foursome represent quite a new concept.

“They are not ready-made sauces to pour over your food but little jars bursting with Mediterranean flavour to enhance your recipes and save a lot of cooking time.

“The Chopped Olive Mix can go into pasta sauces, rice or other staple mixes and even casseroles.

“Our Kickin Garlic self-describes – it’s good for anyone who likes a little kick in their food – at the start, on top, on the side.

“The Mediterranean Lemon is a mix of chopped lemon, garlic, olives and rosemary, which we think is great as a stir-in or marinade (add wine) for chicken. Finally the Tomato and Black Olive is best for red meat.”
