NEW HIGH FIBRE CEREAL MIXES LAUNCH IN UK
Ingredients supplier, Eurostar Commodities Ltd, has launched a new range of premium high fibre cereal mixes into the UK.
Molino Alimonti Gran Fibra cereal mixes are a British first, offering the professional caterer a product line that will satisfy the increasingly health conscious diner.
Molino Alimonti Gran Fibra cereal mixes are high in fibre, low in carbohydrates and rich in nutrients, containing a balance of whole wheat flours, bran, oats, barley and seeds with no additives or preservatives.
The mixes produce healthier, low-fat, low-calorie pizza, pasta and bread dough, as well as pastry and cakes that encourage improved digestion and intestinal health whilst reducing the absorption of sugar and fats.
