JELLY BELLY LAUNCHES FREEFROM JELLY BEANS

July 26th, 2010

Jelly Belly Candy Company, made famous for transforming the  jelly bean into a gourmet delight, has just extended its range.

Today sees the launch of Beanaturals, the company’s range of  juicy fruit jelly beans made entirely from the natural flavours free from all artificial colours and preservatives.

The recipes for the new range of new jelly beans were perfected in the Jelly Belly tradition, with each individual Beanaturals bean taking twenty three days to create.

The twenty new fruit flavours which include the companies traditional Cherry, Juicy Pear and Peach are joined by Fruit Punch, Papaya, Barbeque Banana and Passion Fruit.

Beanaturals jelly beans by Jelly Belly each contain 4 calories and are free from fat, dairy, wheat, gluten and gelatine.

They contain no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives as well as being OU Kosher and suitable for vegetarians.

Tony Alfano of Jelly Belly-UK said:

“Beanaturals are a mouth-watering miracle. They are an alternative for those who prefer free-from confectionery but also demand choice, and the reassurance of quality.

If you want pure sweetness that sums up perfection in natural candy, look no further than Beanaturals.”

Beanaturals are available for immediate purchase on line and at Wholefoods, London while most independent health food shops will stock Beanaturals from early August.

The new beans RRP at £1.10 for a thirty five gram box, £2.90 for a one hundred gram bag and £11 for a 20 flavour gift box.
