Glaceau Vitaminwater has expanded its current product range with the launch of the new i-focus drink.
The New York based brands new product is a Strawberry & Kewi variant on the original Vitamin Water and it contains vitamins A, B and C.
Current trends in functional health drinks have been rising, including the energy drink and health drink sectors, and the expansion of the Glaceau Vitaminwater range looks set to encourage this trend to continue.
Jason Hood, who is responsible for looking after Glaceau Vitaminwater, said of the launch:
“The vibrant pink colour of the new variant will increase shelf standout against the remaining seven colours of the Glaceau range.
Growth in the functional stills sector has been led by Glaceau Vitaminwater, with the brand now worth £8m in retail sales and up 334% year on year after only two years. We are confident new i-focus will be another successful variant and will help the sector to grow even further”
