BERTOLLI LAUNCHES NEW PESTO SAUCES

Bertolli’s new Pesto Sauces are based on Italian recipes and come in two new flavours; Bertolli Pesto Alla Calabrese and Pesto Mediterraneo.

The new Pesto Sauces are prepared using fresh ingredients, carefully mixed with aromatic cheeses.

Bertolli has produced two pestos, which can be easily stirred into pasta and are versatile to use as a marinade for meat or fish, as a simple crudité topping or drizzled as a dressing on a warm salad.

Pesto Alla Calabrese is a combination of fresh ricotta cheese, red peppers and Calabrese red chilli.

Pesto Mediterraneo:  Combines freshly picked sage, thyme and rosemary, mixed with ricotta.

Both sauces are designed to be used to create Italian dishes effortlessly at home, with pasta, breads, and meat dishes.

The new range of Bertolli Pestos is available from all major supermarkets priced £1.89 for a one hundred and eighty five gram jar.
