RUSSIAN STANDARD VODKA LAUNCHES NEW FLAVOUR
Russian Standard Vodka has launched a new flavoured vodka, Gold.
Russian Standard Gold is a new smooth and rich vodka with flavours of almond, honey and vanilla.
Marketed as ‘THE ‘GOLDEN SUMMERTIME’ ICED TEA’ the new product hopes to encourage consumers to incorporate vodka into their summer drinking.
To work alongside this product launch, Russian Standard Vodka has created a new cocktail especially to help promote Gold called the ‘Golden Summertime.’
The Golden Summertime Iced Tea has been released in time for the British ‘summer’, featuring new Russian Standard Gold.
Bringing together the two things Russians drink religiously – tea and vodka – in a fruity arrangement, this creation is designed to accompany summer evenings and British summer food.
The Golden Summertime Iced Tea cocktail can be made by combining the following ingredients in cocktail shaker:
· 45ml Russian Standard Gold
· 60ml peach puree
· 90ml strong black tea
· 15ml honey water (you can create your own with a dollop of runny honey dissolved into warm water)
· 15ml lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain, garnishing with a slice of white peach and crushed ice.
Russian Standard Vodka is steeped in Russian heritage; based on the vodka formula created by scientist Dmitri Mendeleev and produced with Russian ingredients which are distilled at Russian Standard Vodka’s distillery in St Petersburg.
