MUNCHY SEEDS LAUNCH NEW CRUNCHY BITES
Munchy Seeds introduce new Crunchy Bites to their range of products.
Munchy Seeds have released their new snack Crunchy Bites which have been in development for the past 9 months.
Sweet apricot kernels and pumpkin & sunflower seeds are combined to make the crunchy dry roasted snacks, with a dash of savoury sauce.
These nutritious ingredients all have their own health benefits;
- Apricot Kernals: These naturally nutritious little nibbles are the seed of the Apricot, and, like all seeds are rich in protein and fat. The oil from the kernel has traditionally been used for its anti-spasmodic effect; it is said to bring relief to strained muscles and help to promote healing by boosting the immune system.
- Sunflower Seeds: This ‘super seed’ contains protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre.
Sunflower seeds are low in saturated fat, and contain a healthy combination of Omega 3, 6 & 9 essential fatty acids, crucial to the diet as the body cannot produce them itself.
These ‘good fats’ are vital for cell maintenance and helping to regulate blood clotting, blood pressure, immune function and reproduction.
- Pumpkin Seeds: This ‘power pack’ seed is full of healthy benefits, Pumpkin Seeds are rich in amino acids, iron, protein, phytosterols and immune-boosting zinc. The rich source of essential fatty acids found in pumpkin seeds also helps to maintain healthy blood vessels, as do the plant compounds called phytosterols.
Munchy Seeds also sell tubs of granola mix and other seed mixes, as well as Roasted Sunflower & Pumpkin Seed Oil, Choccy Seeds and Gift Packs.
The Crunchy Bites come in 200g and 500g tubs and RRP at £3.50 and £7. If ordering online there is a delivery cost of £2.50 unless consumers spend £25 or more which makes the delivery free.
