MICHAEL MOORE PROMOTES IN-SEASON WHITE ASPARAGUS
Michael Moore dedicates an entire menu to the royal vegetable white asparagus.
To celebrate the short White Asparagus Season Michael Moore in Marylebone is offering a white asparagus menu until 20th June.
Moore claims:
“White asparagus tastes delicious, is milder and more delicate than its green sibling.”
A firm favorite with French, German and Swiss diners, white asparagus is slowly gaining popularity across Britain.
The White Asparagus Menu is available in addition to the regular a la carte menu at Moore’s restaurant and offers 5 different dishes which all include the seasonal vegetable he is promoting.

White asparagus with new potatoes and sauce Hollandaise £ 14.95
White asparagus with Parma Ham, new potatoes and Sauce Hollandaise £ 18.95
White asparagus, smoked salmon, new potatoes and Sauce Hollandaise £ 18.95
Viennese Schnitzel with white asparagus, new potatoes and Sauce Hollandaise £23.95
