Rachel’s combine their signature thick and creamy textured low fat yogurt with elderflower cordial and juicy green apples; resulting in a unique creation that perfectly embodies the spirit of lazy, hazy summer days.
The makers suggest “Try it spooned over sumptuous summer berries or in a delicious home-made dessert such as syllabub, as a healthy dessert option and ideal way to finish off a luxurious lunch in the garden, or even better, simply savour on its own for a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
