PEPSICO RELAUNCHES CLASSIC SNACKS AT UNDER 99 CALORIES
Pepsico says “We have relaunched four of our classic snacks – Quavers, Wotsits, French Fries and Squares – in a new range of ’99 Calories or less’ bags.
Consumers have responded well to the relaunch, switching to the smaller portion bags.
As part of the launch, all the brands feature new packaging that use a front-of-pack flash to highlight the calorie content of each bag. The packs also provide a more detailed nutritional breakdown in relation to a child’s guideline daily amount.
Following the launch of our Health Report, we are committed to introducing a calorie cap of 160 Calories across all our single serve savoury snacks by 2015.
