GOODLIFE VEGETARIAN LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCTS
Goodlife Foods, the award winning producer of frozen vegetarian meals, celebrates its 20th anniversary by launching three new Bistro ranges.
The Root Vegetable Roast combines root vegetables with red onion marmalade, mixed nuts and a Cumberland sauce.
The Mediterranean Savoury Cheesecakes are topped with a soufflé of cream cheese and Monterey Jack resting on a base of sweet red peppers, bulgur wheat and olives with mixed herbs.
The Mozzarella and Slow Roasted Tomato Risotto Cakes consist of Seasoned Vialone rice mozzarella cheese, slow roasted tomatoes and fresh pesto to form the key flavours. The ciabatta style coating crumb gives this meal restaurant quality.
Paul Gayler, Head Chef of London’s Lanesborough Hotel together with Goodlife’s development chefs formed the new Bistro range.
Paul comments: ‘The new Bistro range is truly inspirational and it’s fantastic to know that we have created an assortment that our customers want to see in their local supermarkets. The dishes have a great diversity, ranging from Italian and Mediterranean influences to the good old traditional British roast.’
