SCOTTISH CHEFS PREPARE HAGGIS DISHES AT LONDON’S BOROUGH MARKET
Scottish Chefs Graham Harvey and Sheila McConachie of the award winning Craggan Mill Restaurant in Grantown on Spey, head to the UK’s Oldest Produce Market.
They are appearing at Borough Market on 21st January to dish out some tantalising haggis dishes.
In association with the Borough Market Committee, Graham and Sheila will be preparing 3 dishes from their cook book “The Whisky Kitchen – 100 ways with whisky and food”, the book was named The Best Book in the World for Cooking with Beer, Wine and Spirits at the Gourmand Awards in Paris last July.
Graham will also be demonstrating some fantastic food and whisky matches using Single Malt Scotch Whiskies and Scottish produce available at Borough Market.
