NOVELLI A THE FRANCE SHOW, LONDON’S EARL’S COURT 8TH – 10TH JANUARY
Sizzling pans fill the air with aromas, seasoning and spices are added mouthwatering dishes are prepared just feet away from you by a multi-Michelin-starred chef. Apparently this is what it is like at the Novelli Academy watching Jean-Christophe Novelli in action.
We are told a day’s course at the chef’s home is a unique experience and enough to inspire even the most reluctant cook.

The nation’s favourite French chef is the face of The France Show 2010 and will be doing daily demonstrations at the food theatre using fresh, tasty ingredients to inspire foodies and Francophiles alike.
