WAGAMAMA’S NEW WINTER MENU

Always worth watching what the big chains are doing, as these tend to set the trends, so pan-asian restaurant chain Wagamama today announces its winter menu.

The winter menu has five additions with some new vesions of their popular ramen which they say “Makes for comforting fare to ease the winter chill.

“Succulent roasted pork belly is coupled with noodles in a chicken and pork spiced miso soup for the pork miso ramen. finished with seasonal greens and a garnish of menma and spring onions, this is a dish the restaurant claims you won’t want to miss!

The smoked haddock ramen will be popular with seafood lovers – noodles in a vegetable soup are topped with smoked haddock, leeks and beansprouts, and garnished with menma and spring onions to create a tempting winter treat

Back by popular demand, the miso ramen’s noodles in a delicious pork and chicken spiced miso soup are topped with stir-fried chicken, carrots, leeks, garlic and beansprouts, resulting in a veritable feast in a bowl! the dish is finished to perfection with a garnish of wakame, menma, mixed sesame seeds and chilli oil

The company says “Diners in search of spice will enjoy the ebi chilli men – stir-fried prawns, courgettes, red onions, peppers, mushrooms and mangetout are served on soba noodles, with a chilli men sauce to banish the winter blues with its fiery kick!”

“For greens that pack a punch, try the wasabi, butternut and tofu salad, teaming roasted butternut squash and tofu with mixed leaves, beetroot, avocado, peppers and spring onion, together with the distinctive edge of a wasabi dressing.”

Wagamama says it prides itself on the quality and speed of its service. dishes are prepared immediately, ensuring they arrive freshly cooked. although dishes may be delivered at different times, the wagamama philosophy is: don’t wait – just tuck in and share!
