CARLSBERG LAUNCHES D-NIGHT BEER AND SPIRITS RANGE
Carlsberg has launched its new D-Night beer and spirit drinks range in bottles designed by London design agency LFH.
We are told by packagingnews.co.uk that the D-Night range, includes vodka & blood orange, cachaça & lime, and tequila & lemon flavours and is aimed at the 18-25 year-old market in Latvia and Lithuania.
It is said to be an extension of Carlsberg’s D-Light beer and energy drink range, that launched in 2007, and has the same pull-off cap.
LFH’s packaging agency is quoted as saying “The key design cues we have been taken from D-Light were the red D, the unique brand font and the tattoo effect, which are easily recognised by consumers,”
“Each of these three elements were used as a base, from which we could further explore how we communicate ‘night’ and the flavour variants across the range.”
