BITESIZE MINI YORKSHIRE PUDS FROM AUNT BESSIES

Aunt Bessie’s NEW Bite Size Yorkshire Puddings sound like they might be a good base for buffet nibbles and canapés.

They come in a pack of twenty and are ready for to fill after refreshing for four minutes in the oven.

Serving suggestions are beef & horseradish, smoked salmon and cream cheese, sundried tomato & mozzarella, although I don’t see any reason why any sandwich filling / classic filling wouldn’t do just as well.

They are available from major retailers priced £1.49.
