HARIBO LAUNCHES NEW EXTRA SWEET AND SOUR TREATS

July 31st, 2009

Haribo claims to be the nation’s favourite gums and jellies brand and it has just launched a new variety called Super Sour Monsters.

Talkingretail.com reported that the innovation is that it has a more pronounced and longer lasting flavour which is accomplished by incorporating the sour element in both the jelly and the sugary coating.

The variety follows on the coat-tails of other sour flavours including Sour Cherries, Sour Strawberries and Tangfastic.

We’re told the product has no artificial colours and it is on shelf as we spaek with an RRP of £1.12 for a 160g bag.

As usual the bag is covered with it’s trademark monster characters.
