WORLD’S FASTEST TURKEY CARVER IS NAMED

Paul Kelly, MD of Kelly’s turkeys is in the habit of acquiring entries in The Guinness Book Of World Records. Now he is officially the world’s fastest turkey carver.

Kelly Turkey ran the carving race as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations commemorating the introduction of the Kelly Bronze bird.

Paul Kelly uses the “Kelly Carve” method which entails cutting along the breastbone to remove and slice the breast meat into 150g portions.

He has previously won the fastest turkey plucker title where he beat Gordon Ramsay.

The two day competition attracted 390 people.
